Delete your account and data
For PartyBook. What gets deleted, what does not, and how long it takes.

Removing one member of staff
Your own administrator does this, and does not need us:
- Sign in as an administrator.
- Open Accounts from the menu.
- Tap the bin icon on that person's row and confirm.
That account can no longer sign in anywhere. Its username stays reserved and the account can be restored from the same screen — and orders that person took keep their name on them, as they must, because a bill has to keep saying who took the order.
Deleting the whole hotel
This removes the business and everything in it, and it cannot be undone. Because of that it comes through us rather than being a button somebody can hit by accident on a shared counter phone.
- Email partybook.support@gmail.com from an administrator's address.
- Include your hotel code and an administrator username, so we delete the right business.
- We reply to confirm, because it is irreversible. Once you confirm, we delete it.
Send that email now — it opens with the details already laid out.
What is deleted
- The hotel and all its branches.
- Every order, including cancelled ones, and every bill number.
- The menu and its rates.
- All staff accounts and their sign-in credentials.
- The employee list.
- The branch cancellation code.
- Your customers' names, phone numbers and delivery addresses.
What is kept, and for how long
| What | How long | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Your records | Deleted within 30 days of your confirmation | — |
| Backups containing them | Age out within a further 7 days | Daily backups roll on a 7-day cycle. We do not reach into them to delete individual records; they expire. |
| Payment records | As long as the law requires | Proof that a subscription was paid. It holds no order or customer data. |
After that, nothing of yours remains.
Deleting the app instead
Uninstalling PartyBook removes the offline copy held on that phone, along with the stored sign-in session. It does not delete anything from your hotel — other phones keep working, because the records live in the cloud rather than on the handset.
If you are a customer of a shop that uses PartyBook
Your name, phone number and address are in that shop's records, entered by them. Ask the shop — they control that record and can remove it. We hold it on their behalf and will not change another business's records on a third party's instruction. See the Privacy Policy, section 1.
