Refund & Cancellation Policy

For PartyBook subscriptions.

Last updated 2 September 2026

Cancelling

Email partybook.support@gmail.com from an administrator's address, saying which branch. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.

Your subscription runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and is not renewed after that. You keep working normally until then.

Refunds

Situation What happens
You cancel part-way through a paid month No refund for the remaining days. The service stays available until the month ends.
You paid twice, or paid the wrong amount Refunded in full. Tell us and we will correct it.
You paid and we never activated the branch Refunded in full.
The service was unusable for a sustained period through a fault of ours A pro-rata credit or refund for the affected days. Tell us what happened and when.
You stopped using it but did not tell us No refund for months already paid. We cannot tell the difference between a quiet season and an abandoned account, so cancelling has to be something you tell us.

How a refund is paid

Back to where the payment came from, by the same route. Once approved we start it within 7 working days; how long it then takes to appear is up to your bank or UPI provider, usually a further 5 to 7 working days.

Your records after cancelling

Cancelling stops the billing. It does not delete anything. Your orders and bill numbers stay, so a later renewal picks up where you left off.

If you want the records gone, ask separately and say so plainly — see the Privacy Policy. We will confirm before deleting, because it cannot be undone.

Disputes

Email us first. Almost everything is a misunderstanding about which month was paid for, and we would rather sort it out directly than through a payment provider's dispute process.
